These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bezra application and website at bezra.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@bezra.app. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Bezra uses automated and AI-generated technology to identify foods and provide nutritional, ingredient, allergen, and product information. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
You use food, allergen, nutrition, expiry, and recipe information at your own risk.
Grocery prices, product data, and availability shown in the Service are provided by third-party sources (such as grocery retailers and public food databases) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Prices and availability are subject to change by the retailer and are not an offer by Bezra. Always confirm prices and product details with the retailer before purchasing.
The Service allows you to share a pantry, shopping list, alerts, recipes, and price history with members of a household. By creating or joining a household, you understand that:

The Service currently offers a free tier. If and when paid subscription plans are enabled, paid plans will be billed through a third-party payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase and this section will be updated accordingly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you are part of a household, plan benefits and billing responsibilities will be described at the time paid plans are introduced.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding (including the name "Bezra"), is owned by Bezra and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your inventory and lists), and you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service and provide it to you and your household.
The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including AI providers, food databases, grocery data providers, email delivery, and hosting). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including food, allergen, nutrition, expiry, or price information) will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bezra and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bezra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the Service (Settings → Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for any disputes, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
