You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is intended for use by residents of the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial food-management purposes.

The Service uses artificial intelligence via Anthropic's Claude API to analyze food images, grocery receipts, and inventory data. By uploading images or documents, you consent to their transmission to Anthropic for processing. AI-generated outputs (item identifications, recipe suggestions, nutritional estimates) are provided for convenience only and may contain errors.
Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice. Food expiry estimates, nutritional information, and meal suggestions generated by the Service are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical, allergy, or health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for such guidance.
Expiry alerts and freshness indicators are based on user-entered data and AI estimates. We make no guarantee that food items flagged as safe are actually safe to consume. Use your own judgment and consult food safety guidelines.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (inventory data, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Bezra a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned byBezra and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
By opting in to push notifications, you consent to receive browser-based alerts related to your food inventory (e.g., low-stock alerts, expiry warnings). You may withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or the Bezra Settings page. We will not send promotional or marketing push notifications without your separate, explicit consent.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content, including food identifications, expiry estimates, or recipes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bezra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bezra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
The Service may display links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at reggymarticus@aol.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at reggymarticus@aol.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims arising under intellectual property rights are exempt from mandatory arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance (e.g., via an in-app notice or email).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bezra with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
